About me
My name is Susana Gomes Santana and I am a Consultant Specialist in recruiting Expats at Talentos@Work Recruitment.
I was born in Brazil and moved to the Netherlands in 2008 for an international assignment. Since ever I have developed a deep and broad relationship with this country.
I am a chemist from background (Unicamp, Brazil – 2007) and have a Master in Science and Business Management (Utrecht University, the Netherlands – 2011). Since 2011, I have developed my career as an International Sales Manager for the Chemical Industry and as Business Developer Manager for Research Institutes and Universities, in the latter, setting up multi- and interdisciplinary public/private research programs to overcome key challenges and to accelerate and to in innovation.
Along my career I have experienced how important peoplepower is for reaching organization goals. In times of major global challenges and transitions, not only knowledge and experience are important, but also the right mindset.
Therefore, after these years, I decided to focus on helping organizations by recruiting the talents they need.
